      * Toxic startup culture * "Flat hierarchy" means no structured management or clear deadlines * Constant miscommunication of expectations * Unlimited PTO but social shaming if you actually use it

      + Great people + Full work autonomy + Work flexibility (WFH, in office, flexible hours) + Great perks (catered lunches, game room, etc)

      - You're working in online ads, mostly, which isn't my life's purpose

      Pros

      Innovative environment. Management cared about productivity but did not micromanage. Unlimited PTO was very generous, if utilized.

      Cons

      Digital ad space is increasingly less profitable. A few rounds of layoffs took place during my tenure.
