      1. There won't be any raises, you should negotiate for a higher starting salary. 2. HR team is not gonna help you with anything 3. no career path unless you are from mainland China

      -good environtment, co worker -9-6 (not often to overtime) -deep dive for tiktokshop e-commerce full funnel channel performance knowledge (especially with big brand)

      Cons

      -no career path -no bonus -no supportive BOD group (most of them only using their local languange) -no salary increament -contract only (not full-time job) -eazy to cut their employee

      diversities, if you understand mandarin, you can have higher salary rate

      too many management structures changes, sometimes your supervisor can't help to solve problem occur during the process
