salary is good have no tension about code review. your manager only want work you are free to choose way to complete this.
Cons
Non technical leader ship. favoritism hell of late sitting due to poor management and unrealistic deadlines. No code review . Q.A even have no idea what is business domain. For a mouse change your demand put up in front of CEO and you get it after his permission.
