      Interesting projects with plenty of oppurtunity to take leads in project work and own your contributions. Coworkers are very supportive and willing to teach as well as learn.

      Cons

      Occasional vallies in available project work.

      Pros

      "Like a family" has become a phrase to mean happy to abuse anyone, but that's not the case at F3. From the time-off policy (Whatever you need, for whatever reason. Just make sure the PMs know in advance) to actively working to keep social going during COVID lockdowns,

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower than other industry players, but the environment is so relaxed that it's worth it. Work/life balance is up to the employee to manage, which can be a lot harder for some people than others.
