      the people are great and the members are friendly

      Cons

      the pay rate is awful for how much time you actually need to put in- they pay a per class rate which means you're not being paid for the time before and after class that you're expected to be there to assist

      Great working environment with amazing coworker and members. Learn a lot about fitness, communications and relationship building.

      Sometimes have to work early morning classes.
