      Pros

      A very good culture. High energy with a customer service driven, compliance model. Access to company leadership when necessary

      Cons

      The company is expanding rapidly, and the expectations to deliver excellent customer service is consistent from the top down, making it somewhat overwhelming at times, but certainly worth it.

      Remote position allowed for great family flexibility

      Cons

      Multiple systems to learn but, you don't really learn them- you just check the boxes. Very task oriented.

      Bad pay No room for growth Terrible training Don’t listen to their employees issues Management in another class from “workers” (get to take days off during black out periods, talk about having second homes and boats while paying the least possible) Wastes employee time and energy
