A very good culture. High energy with a customer service driven, compliance model. Access to company leadership when necessary

The company is expanding rapidly, and the expectations to deliver excellent customer service is consistent from the top down, making it somewhat overwhelming at times, but certainly worth it.

Remote work and no micromanaging. The benefits for vision and dental are good. The medical is very expensive. They do provide life insurance.

Low pay Small chance to advance. Company promises to promote from within just constantly hired externally for higher paying positions. Having a degree is required but your pay starts at $17/hr. Raises are yearly depending upon reviews. If your review is not positive, you can remain at $17/hr for 2 plus years. This is not an ideal situation to provide for your family.
