Pros
The pay is good by many standards, good pension at the end, good insurance.
Cons
Terrible work hours, terrible manning, some places have mandatory 6 day work weeks, little opportunity for promotion, very political. No flight benefits or discounts. Union does a poor job negotiating for it's employees.
