Disappointing company to make a career - AVP-Finance FAB Employee Review

1. Zero flexibility. When most of the companies are moving to flexible schedule, here they want you to come to office all 5 days a week even though it is an offshore process! 2. Long working hours 3. No annual increments 4. No proper recognition of efforts 5. Lack of systematic training and progression plan 6. The only driver is Sales revenue and nothing else.
