Everything is controlled by Mr. Arvind Agarwal may be CEO of the organisation. 6. Other hr or management staff may be oiling him for their long sustainable position in the organisation. 7. Any time any newly appointed staff may be laid off without giving any suitable season to them. 8. Be cautious before going to any interview session with this company. 9.
