Pros
1. Friendly work environment - people from a variety of backgrounds, able to learn about people's different cultures and lifestyles - staff are active and there are plenty of after work events to whine down after a long day - occasional work events; Christmas parties, summer party, pizza days, national dish day, and more events to keep us entertained and promote work life happiness. - Flexible start times, meaning we can start early and finish early. Opportunity to spend more time in the sunshine and to avoid peak rush hour. 2. Interesting line of work 3. Friendly and understanding management, - the complete opposite of the managers on 'horrible bosses' movies - Managers are very friendly, they provide feedback and ensure that you are not left behind - Understanding when it comes to the workload, they care more about quality rather than how fast you can finish a project. 4. opportunity to gain amazing experience and opens up exciting opportunities for my future. - Some of my old colleagues have left and joined some amazing companies/ organisations - inspiring to young graduates like me who are looking to progress in their careers.
Cons
1. Work load - sometimes the workload can be alot, but not really the companies fault.
