Plenty of overtime, good work culture and coworkers, free coffee, interesting work.

The quality system and IT is not adequate. Techs on the floor get marked down based on subjective opinions of the quality team and not necessarily any concrete guidelines, or jobs come out on the floor poorly planned and anything bad that results from that is blamed on people on the floor who get marked up for it. Some guidelines and prints are gatekept or not explained well to people and then they suffer repercussions for not knowing something that nobody thought to tell them about.
