Pros

The customers market/demographics served are great to work with.

Cons

No work life balance, Culture of Blame with employees constant fear of being punished for trying to do their best for the company. Leadership is secretive/non-transparent, cliquey and political. Employees feel unsupported but don't dare mention this to their managers so dissatisfaction festers among themselves.

Pros

-Great culture: Important to entire organization from CEO down. Not just talk, but action and effort to keep culture strong. Events, professional development, perks, benefits, comradery, etc. Listen to employee feedback and strive to improve problems. -They actively work to stay competitive in salary and there is room to grow both in salary and role. -You are given responsibility and held accountable, but not micromanaged. Hybrid work schedule, flexible hours, unlimited PTO, travel benefits. -CEO is not Scott Bidner (though he is part of the org), but actual CEO Chad Moller is fantastic.

Cons

-Farm Credit is a complicated system that takes some time to understand. -Need to modernize some systems to be more efficient/catch up with technology changes. -Smaller org with a fairly strict calendar schedule of events, so can lead to feelings of burnout or fatigue during busy times.
