Pros

True Remote work available! Open communication with management, PTO, Insurance benefits, they work to train you, technology forward remote call center assistance, Monthly bonuses structures in most all departments

Cons

lower base position pay for area but with full remote work for those positions it DOES help balance it out.

Pros

They adhere to all state and federal laws (let's face it most collection companies don't). They have a lot of different departments that you can work in so if you get bored doing one job you can switch departments. The managers are all really nice, and the HR department is as well

Cons

The collections department can be a stressful environment and if you do not get people to pay they will let you go quickly I got sick while working there and they were not willing to work with me until I was well enough to go back, as soon as I ran out of FMLA time I was let go.
