Pros
Coworkers are friendly and willing to help (for the most part). Work/Life balance is very good.
Cons
The company collects feedback from employees, but they do what they want anyway, including sharing fake/misleading numbers from feedback. Payment below the market: you will spend years working there, but your salary will be the entry level for other companies. Nonsense arrangements for hybrid work (yes, you will go to the office and then join zoom meetings); there will be days when there's no one at the office other than you. CEO will say it is our culture to be back at the office instead of being honest and say the clients are pushing him to bring us back to the office. The company is always 'on a budget' or just go ahead and have layoffs. Bonus: If you go to the other negative comments you'll see the GENERIC message posted from the company, they really don't care.
