Pros
Cheap canteen food, good environment but only if you are a local. For non-localities, they give you step treatment. Top Management (only from Manager level upwards) is good. Good for freshers to learn, but ensure that you start looking after a year max!
Cons
1. Immediate Bosses fear that subordinates will take over; and therefore ensure that juniors do not remain in the company long time. They like to cut off all competition and that is why the company suffers. Otherwise, it had the capacity to overtake big companies like Cipla long back. Moreover, they are pally with the HR to ensure that the juniors leave soon. 2. Bosses make you to manipulate results. 3. It's all a show at the time of audits - other times things are very lax and slow. Then you have to stay late and finish the work in one week before the audit. 4. Pay is so meager that your exact half salary goes in travelling. Meager incentives; bonus is cut from salary itself!!!!! Never seen such misery anywhere else.
