Nice colleagues, not micro managed, easy to access manger, plenty of learning opportunities

Outdated offices, no proper HR, outdated working practices, all offices operating differently. Not enough staff engagement from Senior Management in Cork. Work load is significant

Good work life balance and good pay.

Internal communication has improved but can still be inconsistent between departments. Universality would benefit the group.
