      Co-workers and fellow managers were great to work with

      RMP's don't know how to manage a team and the CEO James Wohrman talks on and on. He talks to much he doesn't realize what he says- he makes sexist and racial remarks and just laughs it off. He loves to hear himself talk and will state random facts about something completely different subject of what you were talking about.

      Company has a lot of potential.

      In experienced Regional Property Manager running ramped over employees. Try’s to intimidate employees in the false belief that everyone is scared of them. Allows complacent employees to remain undeveloped which causes them the disbelief that they are doing a good job. First company that I ever worked at where the Regional actually lives on one of the properties that they manage, along with 98% of the employees that work there live on property as well. It’s a sad depressing atmosphere. I would not recommend.
