Bad toxic management, bad manners. All bad.

None, I can’t think of a single pro

Promise 4/5 shifts a week but you’ll be lucky to get three as they take on new employees every day so there isn’t enough work to go around. They say amazon cut their routes and cancel your shift with less than an hours notice. They don’t care about things like the weather or road conditions, they will send you to the middle of nowhere in 2 ft of snow then not offer you work for the rest of the week because you didn’t finish on time. They will give you old clapped out vans then charge you a minimum of £750 when the problems arise. They are liars, crooks and only care about amazon metrics, you will be treated like something on the bottom of their shoe. Trust me, avoid this company at all costs.
