Very little support actually provided, despite saying the opposite in all promotional material and insight days
The training given is grossly over-valued as a deterrent to breaking your 2-year contract with them
You are often bullied into staying in positions / companies you dislike as the account manager and FDM will lose money
You are often treated like a child by UK account managers - even if you have previous work experience
Promises are made about vacancies and opportunities but are meaningless
Any promotion is gained through nepotism
