Pros
I got placed on site at UBS my 5th week at FDM. Fdm has not only helped me excel in my career, but also improve my interpersonal and communication skills. The training is very challenging, as it is very fast paced and you are also expected to go to interviews while you are in training. However, this fast paced environment comes in play when you are placed onsite, as your work onsite is equally as challenging if not more. This is what I love about FDM the most, this challenge constantly thrives me to improve myself a little more everyday. I have been onsite about 4 months now, and when I look back to the person I was when I walked in through the doors of FDM to now, I realized that I am glad I made the choice to apply to FDM. All the trainers, managers and account managers are extremely friendly and helpful! They are always there to help out, even when you are on site, they make sure to reach out to you regarding your experience.
Cons
No downside! I have had an amazing experience at FDM!
