Knowledge of senior employees. They are very willing to teach and give you time to learn. The more responsibility you are willing to take the more they will give. As you increase in competency they will increase your work load, and tasks. They give bonuses and are willing to let any employee buy stock in the company.

Typical engineering management, where hard decisions are not made when they should be. The management slips into the "billable hours" tracking instead of working on how to sell more more and complete the jobs efficiently and on time. Company policies are hidden behind instead of looking at situations on a one by one basis.
