      Rewarding , fun , achievements room to progress learned to reflect and i quite like my bosses there warming to my soul i can reach out when i need to and reflect have the best deputy manager hes amazing and we always get the work done team work makes the dream work creating memories and positive relationships i love to do

      can be long hours and overwhelming but i get my work done to what's expected of me . Days can be challenging and also emotional

      Cons

      Residential childcare is a challenging work environment with significant turnover of staff across the sector. Important to be flexible and capable of adapting to changes.
