      Cons

      The open concept office was a huge distraction. I could hear/see my managers laughing loudly EVERYDAY- non stop chatter/gossip from 2 -3 “team leaders” who sit by each other. This affected my work and it was incredibly disrespectful to “team members” who obviously can’t do the same. They are severely understaffed so you will have to do a lot of work. Be prepared for lots of overtime work and that’s their culture. Great place for people who love to come in early and leave late.

We encourage everyone to give us their feedback as all of it is actioned upon. Our open office environment is not for everyone but it does allow for effective collaboration among our Team Members.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
