      Pros

      Yes, they require you to work hard. Yes, the hours can be tiring. And yes, there’s room for improvement, but this can all be taken in stride if you come in with good work ethic. Even if you don’t have it before you come onto the team, you’ll definitely develop it given a good month or so.

      Cons

      Sometimes you’ll be expected to come in early and to leave late.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
