4yWe are happy to hear you enjoyed all the cool people and spaces FGF has to offer. At FGF change is encouraged, we want to challenge the status quo and do things that have never been done before. Annually, the Talent & Development team goes through a strategic planning process where all ideas are considered and prioritized. In addition, we often host Let’s Connect sessions to ensure that we provide a platform for our Team Members to make recommendations and many great initiatives have emerged from this feedback.
