Mandatory OT, 6-7 days 12 hr shifts non-stop sometimes, poor leadership qualities, below average employee conduct training, some areas pf production and packing work you like a slave.

Pros
Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.
Cons
Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout.
American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
