      Pros

      Working here was a tremendous step in my career. I had some IT jobs in the past, but none of them gave me as many learning opportunities as I had here at FGF. Every project came with its own unique set of challenges that helped me to develop my skills. If I ever needed any assistance, I knew I could count on my teammates to help me out. I ended up leaving after working here for over 3 years because I felt that I gained everything I needed to from the job, I was ultimately looking to take my skills to a different industry.

      I honestly liked everything about my job.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
