Pros
They pay well and provide lots of food for various occasions. Most employees are very personable. Free coffee, espresso, fruit, and 25¢ sodas.
Cons
New executive management says they value the employees but do not back up their words with actions. In fact, they never tell the whole truth and hide the reality of the direction the company is going. Lower level management only seem to be out for themselves and will step on their own people to make themselves look good. It became a sweatshop with long hours of chaos and no real recognition beyond false bravado. It is common to be told you are not expected to work long hours yet they continuously dunno project after project on people with a second thought for their current workload. Recent "training" seems geared toward conformity among false claims of supporting individualism. Promises are made to the board of directors without consulting the people actually responsible for doing the work. Employees are expected to tow the post line while being told to speak freely and then patronized.
