No room for growth. Stagnant .

Have some good people working there and the health insurance is decent.

Executive management micro manages. Middle management is there in title only. Ownership doesn't know how to invest and grow the business; only work in the day to day moment. No future growth for any position as good ole boy network fills all upper management positions.
