So short handed it's hard to train new employees thoroughly

Learned a lot of useful information and skills other than main job requirements. Knowledgeable manager and helpful. Mediocre health benefits. Easy product to learn.

Salaries are not competitive compared to other companies. No room for career growth, opportunities or salary advancement. Very minimal vacation and holidays. Not much to offer.
