Pros
Fiit-Jee is a decent choice only for beginners. Work for a year or so and then move on as there is no place for honest, talented people in this firm.
Cons
Fiit-Jee is one of the biggest names in the private coaching industry in India. It has been operational since 1992 and claims that ‘Truth’, ‘Transparency’ and ‘Commitment’ are its working tenets. However, the actual Fiit-Jee culture is far removed from these tenets. Behind the facade of principles lies an organisation where people rise up the corporate ladder through connections, sycophancy and boot-legging, and not through merit, dedication and hard-work. Fiit-Jee runs its centers by installing Center-Heads and provides them a free hand in managing the affairs of center. Most of these people are utterly incompetent and incapable of even assembling words to make a meaningful sentence. Mr. Hanuman (Fiit-Jee, Pune center) is a prime example of a center-head whose communication, inter-personal and managing skills come to a zilch. Coming to ethics, Fiit-Jee center heads are appointing their own immediate family members in the same office. And these families make merry of the situation by taking Punching machines to their homes and register attendance from the convenience of their homes. Regarding transparency, the less said is better. Fiit-Jee claims to be insolvent now and not in a position to pay the salaries of its employees. It has also guzzled up the EL, CL and other leaves of employees without even bothering to inform them to avail the leaves (as en-cashing leaves would not be possible due to the financial crisis the company is facing). To keep things short, Fiit-Jee is not an organisation one should look forward to associating with. Better look out for other avenues.
