-It is a fast-paced, challenging environment. I never got bored! -Wonderful Co-Workers, some of the best people I've ever met. Everyone is super focused on creating a great product -Competitive Salary, great benefits, situated in a beautiful part of the country

-I was not a fan of the Dress Code, I understand the need to present a professional image to clients, but my particular job never required me to personally interact with clients and I still had to wear Business dress. (Just a minor annoyance, and it was relaxed during my time there)

We are all seeking opportunities to grow our careers, after my first year at Filo I had grown exponentially. At other larger companies I would have fallen into the pit of despair not moving up & left behind. Need more companies like Filo who care for their staff. No matter where my career takes me I know the Filo family will always be there to lend the support.

Stress is ever present in the logistics industry. Occasionally (as in maybe 2-5 times per year) you do work weekends however you are compensated well for it.
