Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my coworkers and manager the 3.5 years I’ve been here. The clients I work for are super interesting and great to have on a resume.
Cons
Some managers still think we’re in the ER - ask for things to be done by a deadline but don’t review for multiple days. Need to figure out each managers preferred communication/work style which can take time but is also a good skill to have.
