Underpaid. No room for advancement. Poor management - managers are people they hired off the floor. No respect for Canadian culture as outside cultures and values have been introduced and implemented. Company culture allows you to do whatever you want. Such as (but not limited to): blowing your nose in the sink, washing your feet in the sink, wearing copious amounts of AXE body spray. FIO is a deodorant free factory.
