Pros
1. Flexible Work Hours 2. Not much work pressure 3. Good benefits in salary package
Cons
1. As it is a captive unit on off-shore, no onsite opportunities (if you are lucky you might get it for 2 months) 2. Almost all the technical work e.g. design, requirement gathering, architecting the product all those things are done by USA folks. 3. Not exactly working as product based company. Culture is more kind of service based company.
