Pros

Benefits start after thirty days, two weeks vacation the first year, coworkers were nice, employee stock purchase plan, quarterly pot luck lunches

Cons

Training was non-existent, oppressive management style, everyone is running around scared that they are going to lose their jobs, negative reinforcement, people are overworked and underpaid, processes are dysfunctional at best, operations have been pieced together with stop gap measures to cope with the company's acquisition culture over the past decade, not a good place to grow your skills, lack of windows in the building, depressing atmosphere, outdated technology, and lastly this company wastes so much paper

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
