Pros
Overall the industry that FIS attempts to serve is in dire need of some of the products and services that FIS provides, and so the future potential for growth is very high. The people that work directly with our customers are a hard working and dedicated lot. The company has been able to achieve operating efficiencies despite its large globally distributed employee base.
Cons
The company lacks true leadership, except for a few at the top executive level. The atmosphere is highly political and very management heavy. The company makes most of its revenues from providing technology products and services but it acts as if it were a bloated, old school financial institute.
