-Good learning -Good team involvement in understanding requirement. -No bench
Cons
-Low salary (no proper benchmark) -over commitment to clients, always running after deadlines without paying any head to employees need - working on old technologies, half of the time gets wasted in resolving similar issues but dont have any time to improve processes. - no attention on code quality.
