- Great people in my division - Very flexible schedule - ability to work from home
Cons
- benefit package is substandard - only offer HDHP and company only contributes $600 for a family to the HSA; no LTD or STD insurance provided although you can buy it via payroll - Strongly encourage you to sell your (and your spouse's, if covered), personal health and activity data in order to receive a $75/quarter insurance premium reduction - no bonus opportunities - internal communications are a mishmash of systems
