- Company culture is NOT what they say. It is driven by gaslighting, egos, and complaints. Usually a lot of "I'm right and everyone else is wrong" so the loudest voice in the room usually is the favorite. I heard sexist and problematic remarks bullying others behind closed doors. - Relies constantly on individual tribal knowledge, very little documentation on important parts of the job. Pertinent industry knowledge and documentation were always out of date and/or inaccessible, which caused problems. Especially when people left. -Terrible communication between developers and upper management leads to problems and missed deadlines. - HR is terrible and did not let me change positions internally, or help with culture problems.
