      They pay above the local average.

      Cons

      Very difficult management. I didn't feel supported when making commitments to my customers. Every deliverable was a full of conflict. Quarterly reductions in force. Poor morale.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
