      Has assets that can be used to make the company stellar

      The company went from being at the top to being worst under the worst CEO and CHRO we have ever seen. The environment has become toxic and the new hires including the CEO has no idea how to run a Fintech company. This is serious and reflected in how the stocks are doing too. On a downhill
