      Great teammates and management. No micro management. Learning opportunities are vast. Different technologies you can switch between.

      12 hours shift but only 15-16 days of work in a month

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
