Love the work itself and being able to manage my own schedule

Lots of cancellations makes paychecks inconsistent and not a lot of room for advancement. Gaps between clients mean I have 9+ hour days but still am not able to get full time hours.

Female owned and operated, monthly meetings, lots of virtual support, passionate and enthusiastic management

Training is poor/all online/almost non-existent, bi-monthly training opportunities use a lot of jargon and aren't very helpful, major lack of in-person support
