Not a bad company to work for. Decent package

Some lazy managers letting others carry the weight

Competitive initial pay. Office is located in a premiere CBD.

Manila management is very poor, with no experience managing a growing team. Salary increases are very rare, with no performance increases at all. No adequate systems in place. Everything is rudimentary and they are allergic to rules, preferring instead to sweep issues under the rug. Lack of professionalism. No career growth.
