      Pros

      They pay pretty well- not amazing, but definitely at least average or a bit above averagae for these types of Academies

      Cons

      The management is just plain RUDE- they fire employees like crazy for the most unimportant, miniscule "mistakes." They DO NOT pay for PREP TIME for ALL OF YOUR CLASSES nor do they pay for GRADING TIME, yet they expect you to grade and assess every single student after every single class/session.

      Pros

      Coworkers were friendly to work with, but that was about it.

      Cons

      The management team don't care about their employees. Everyone is overworked and there was no incentive to stay.
