It's solar energy - you can't beat the industry. Fun group of people at the office.

Management treats sales staff very poorly - no salary and no benefits. Most of the sales team moonlights at other jobs to pay bills because of the long closing times associated with large solar projects. Competitors pay a base ranging from $30,000 - $60,000.

There are some good people working there, but they walk on eggshells daily.

Company is run by spineless, soulless, leaderless individuals. I would not recommend working for this company to my worst enemy.
