High Turnover, performance is based off AI evaluation only even though the system is inaccurate and unstable, no bonus for attendance/high performance.

Pros

FMA was flexible with scheduling an interview after work hours. I was already employed and I worked on-site, so they were very accommodating. The interview was both informative and casual. I could tell that they really care about keeping their employees.

Pros

Opportunities for bonus available depending on your ability to collect.

Cons

You have no control over clients ability to pay. Unprofessional management, a lot of drama and an overall soul sucking environment.
