Pros

Work life balance, support from management in both professional and personal development. the projects - if you enjoy research you will enjoy the variety of clients and projects. my directors never question my ability - we do not have problems, we have challenges that can always be overcome. working for a small company can be imposing for some people. for me, my directors know me both professionally and personally, should i have issues in either the directors are always there to support me. within a global plc, you are taught to not bring your personal issues to work.... this is just not always possible.

Cons

small organisation - if you are 100% career driven, have no intention of enjoying your spare time and want to be an executive by the time your 30, you should work for a global plc - cut throat but full of opportunities.

Pros

A fantastic place to launch your career, with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The team fosters a relaxed recruitment environment compared to many other organizations. The introduction of a four-day workweek is a game-changer, significantly enhancing work-life balance. The leadership team is comprised of great individuals who are enjoyable to work with

Cons

Limited autonomy, with significant micromanagement and a noticeable lack of trust within the organization. Presence of a glass ceiling, restricting career growth opportunities. Low bonus potential for recruitment roles, diminishing overall incentives. Insufficient training support—while a few online courses are offered, there is a lack of practical sales training to drive genuine commercial success.

We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve found our company to be a great place to start your career, and we’re glad the supportive environment, four-day workweek, and leadership team have positively impacted your experience. We truly value a culture where our team members feel welcome and appreciated. We also want to acknowledge the concerns you’ve raised. We understand that autonomy and trust are critical for both personal and professional growth, and we’re actively working to foster an environment that balances support with independence. We’re going to be assessing our incentive programs to ensure they’re competitive and motivating, and we’re working to improve our training offerings, particularly in the areas of practical sales skills. Ensuring our team feels well-equipped to succeed is a priority, and we plan to introduce more hands-on, role-specific training in the near future. Thank you again for your candid feedback.
